Education: B.S.E. in Music Education, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville; M.S.E in Education Media Design & Technology in progress, Full Sail University, Winter Park, FL.
Honors: Mr. Carson is a veteran teacher with 24 years experience teaching students at every level. After his first year as high school band director at Joe T. Robinson High School, Little Rock, Arkansas, Mr. Carson has taught in Tennessee, Texas, California, and Nevada.
Mr. Carson's performing groups have received numerous music and civic honors throughout his career. He is a horn, trumpet, and baritone horn player and performed with the 106th Arkansas Army Band, North Little Rock, AR. Professional affiliations include American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers, National Education Association, and California Teachers Association.
